Guacamole

Enjoy this flavorful and creamy classic guacamole that is perfect as a dip or a topping for your favorite dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
- Add the onion, tomato, jalapeƱo, lime juice, cilantro, salt, cumin, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
