Guacamole

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  3. Add the onion, tomato, jalapeƱo, lime juice, cilantro, salt, cumin, and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
