BBQ Ribs

Tender and juicy BBQ ribs that are slow-cooked to perfection and slathered in a flavorful BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a knife under the membrane and then using a paper towel to grip and pull it off.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat-side up.
- Cover the ribs with another sheet of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 500°F (260°C) and bake the ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious BBQ ribs!
