Tender and juicy BBQ ribs that are slow-cooked to perfection and slathered in a flavorful BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
  • 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a knife under the membrane and then using a paper towel to grip and pull it off.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat-side up.
  6. Cover the ribs with another sheet of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  7. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  8. Increase the oven temperature to 500°F (260°C) and bake the ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
  9. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious BBQ ribs!
